The 25th Century and beyond 2400
Alternate timeline: In the "Endgame" timeline, Captain Harry Kim heads out on a four
year exploration mission; Sabrina, Naomi Wildman's daughter, is born; and Ensign
Miral Paris begins working on acquiring a temporal device from the
Klingons. (22 years after "Endgame, Part 2" -VGR) It remains to
be seen if the Janeway of the current timeline will
go back in time to fulfill this role. Stardate circa 80500. Other
events of this timeline: Captain Harry Kim returns from his four year
exploration mission. Voyager's EMH names himself Joe, in honor of his new wife's
grandfather. (26 years
after "Endgame, Part 2" -VGR) 2405
Norvo Tigan's sentence is finally complete, and he is released from prison on
New Sydney. (30 years after "Prodigal Daughter") 2408
Alternate timeline:In "The Visitor" timeline, Benjamin Sisko appears from subspace for
the last time until 2422. 2410
Alternate timeline: Time from
which the future Alexander Rozhenko came, when he assumed the
identity of K'mtar and visited himself in 2370. Stardate
circa 87500. In this timeline, Alexander became a peacemaker,
and tragically caused Worf's death in the Klingon High Council ("First Born" (TNG)) 2422
Alternate timeline: In "The Visitor" timeline, aboard the Defiant, Jake Sisko attempts to
get his father back from subspace. 2450
Alternate timeline: Jake Sisko dies while being visited by his
father, Benjamin Sisko, from subspace. This event releases the subspace
tie between them and transfers Ben back to the year 2372, and this alternate
timeline ceases to exist. ("The Visitor" - DS9) mid
25th Century The time traveling people of the galaxy agree to the
Temporal Accords, a series of regulations governing time travel. They
appear to have similar guidelines to those adopted by Starfleet as the
"Temporal Prime Directive," (date is speculation - the Temporal
Accords exist by the mid 28th Century, and were likely in place in the era of
Rasmussen's time machine, which was the 2500s.) 2500s
Sometime in
the 26th century, a researcher travels back to New Jersey,
Earth, in the 22nd century, where his time pod is stolen by
Berlinghoff Rasmussen. ("A Matter of Time"
(TNG)) Looking
through history, the Sphere Builders were able to see this Battle, and its
outcome, and determined to work with the Xindi to try and prevent the Battle of
Krotion Five from ever taking place. To this end, they convince the Xindi
to attempt to wipe out the Earth in 2154, and thus prevent the formation of the
Federation. Daniels
brings Archer to this time and place, from early 2154, to convince the Captain
of the need to make peace with the Xindi and preserve the future. (400 years after "Azati
Prime") It is unclear whether the
Battle of Krotion Five ever in fact occurs, given the subsequent thwarting
of the Sphere Builders. ("Zero Hour") Furthermore, the removal
of the entire Temporal Cold War from history may also have impacted these
events. ("Storm Front, Part II") 2573
Alternate timeline: The
new Xindi homeworld, in the Delphic Expanse, is destroyed. ("The
Expanse") According to Daniels, the Xindi homeworld is in fact
destroyed by the trans-dimensional Sphere Builders in an alternate
future. However, the Sphere Builders convince the Xindi that
the people of Earth are responsible for the destruction of their homeworld, and
not the Sphere Builders themselves. Fearing for the survival of
their people, this triggers an attack on the Earth by the Xindi in 2153,
resulting in the death of 7,000,000 humans. (The destruction of
the Xindi homeworld is noted to be 420 years after
"The Expanse") Since
the Sphere Builders were defeated in the 22nd century, it is unlikely that they
were able to conduct this assault on the Xindi. However, the
intrigue they began remains - the Xindi did ultimately kill 7,000,000 humans in
2153, and this was not stripped out of the timeline, even though the original
motivation was rendered null by the defeat of the Sphere Builders. A
remaining paradox, perhaps. The attack of the Xindi sphere is depicted in
the "Hall of TIme" sequence at the end of "Storm Front, Part
II." 2700s An
alien force from this time enlists the aid of the 22nd century Suliban in order
to wage the Temporal Cold War. The reward for the Suliban is access to
technology that enables them to manipulate their genetic makeup.
("Broken Bow", "Storm Front, Part II") These people are not able to
manifest themselves physically in the past, but could only partially materialize
to deliver information. One of their number appears as a shadowy figure to Silik,
who is the primary liaison with the 22nd century Suliban. (300 years prior to
31st century "Shockwave - Part II") This mysterious Time Traveller, also known to fans as
"Future Guy" also appears to Captain
Archer in April 2153 after the Xindi attack on Earth. ("The
Expanse") This intrigue by the Suliban is completely undone by the
death of Silik and the end of the Temporal Cold War in Storm Front, Part II. 2769 A
research group from this time period travels back to view the construction of
the Great Pyramid at Giza, at least according to "Daniels." He
indicates that there are properly following the procedures laid out in the
Temporal Accord. "Cold
Front" (ENT). Alternate timeline: A massive explosion
destroys Earth's solar system, for which the crew of Voyager is blamed. Capt.
Braxton travels back in time to destroy Voyager in 2373, but he fails and
crashes on Earth in 1967. It turns out that
actually Henry Starling would be responsible for the disaster. The Voyager crew
manages to stop Starling in the year 1996, so the temporal explosion does not
take place, and the timeline is restored. "Future's
End" (VGR) At this point in
history, Starfleet is the body that appears to enforce the rules of the Temporal
Accord on behalf of the Federation. This has apparently changed by
the 31st century. "Cold Front" (ENT).
Alternate timeline: Prior to the weapon's detonation in 2375, Braxton recruited Seven of Nine to jump through time to locate where and when the weapon was placed, because her ocular implant was able to detect disruptions in space-time. Eventually it was learned that Braxton himself was the saboteur. An older version of Braxton suffered from temporal psychosis and blamed Voyager for his circumstances — 30 years of exile on 20th-century Earth, the temporal inversion in the Takara Sector, repeated rehabilitation, loss of rank, and forced retirement. The older Braxton was apprehended, and the younger one on the Relativity was arrested by his first officer, Lt. Ducane, for crimes he was "going" to commit. The different versions of Braxton were re-integrated to stand trial, but he was guaranteed leniency in exchange for revealing the precise moment he boarded Voyager to plant the weapon.
("Relativity" (VGR) 3000s - the 31st century The Kyrains
blame the ruthless "warship Voyager" for causing a war with the
Vaskans 700 years ago. When the backup module of Voyager's EMH is
reactivated in a museum on the Kyrian homeworld, the Doctor disputes this
incorrect view of history that has been established throughout the centuries (VOY:
"Living Witness"). Six years later in the 31st century
Quarren,
the director of the Kyrian museum, passes away, but not before he can witness
the dawn of harmony on his planet ("Living Witness" - VOY). Many years later (in the 31st century) the
EMH, having become a renowned person on the Kyrian homeworld, finally takes a
shuttle and heads for the Alpha Quadrant ("Living Witness" - VOY). In high school, Daniels learns the basics of quantum mechanics
and time travel. ("Shockwave - Part II") He later becomes a part of an organization dedicated to enforcing
the laws of the Temporal Accord, an agreement reached by all time faring worlds
to allow for time travel only for research, and to ensure the preservation of
history. Daniels considers joining Starfleet, but ultimately does
not. ("Cold Front") Daniels Goes to Meet Archer (Cold
Front) At some point, he is assigned on a mission to go to 2151 to assist the crew of the Enterprise
NX-01, and to defend them from the Suliban who are being manipulated by beings
from the 28th century.
("Cold Front," "Shockwave - Part II") Alternate Timeline (Shockwave)
Unfortunately, the action is a miscalculation, and results in the Earth being
devastated at some point after 2152. When Archer arrives in the 31st
century, he is greeted by a startled Daniels and finds himself in a large city
that was long ago destroyed by a great cataclysm. ("Shockwave") In this alternate future, the United Federation of Planets was
never formed. Technological development may have been slower in this
timeline, as history is kept in books written on paper, as opposed to
electronically. The Earth does make contact with the Romulan Star
Empire, but this encounter is between Earth and Romulus, and does not parallel
development of the Federation. This alternate history deviates from the normal timeline at
the point of the Warp 5 program, suggesting that Archer's dislocation had
effects both before and after his point of removal, which was February
2152. This timeline is presumably erased when Starfleet agrees to
continue Archer's mission at the end of "Shockwave - Part II." Lost Ship Timeline (Future Tense) A small timeship, commissioned in the 31st century, sets out
on what is possibly an historical research mission. Something goes
horribly wrong and the ship is scorched internally and externally, instantly
killing the human pilot. The ship emerges 100 light years from Earth in
December 2252. The vessel is powered by a temporal drive, a prize of great
value to the pre-time travel civilizations of the 22nd century Alpha
Quadrant. The pilot himself is an anachronism as his genetic makeup
includes DNA from Vulcans, Rigellians, Tarellians and many other species - his
ancestors who were not all human. In 2252, an electronic beacon from the ship is reconstructed
and activated by Trip Tucker, and time travelers from the 31st century are
presumably able to retrieve the vessel, the beacon, and the body of the pilot
from the 22nd century. ("Future Tense") Storm Front Timeline As a result of the two interventions by a Temporal Cold War
factions on Earth (one in 1916, and one by Vosk and his forces in the mid
1940's) the entire history of Earth and the Federation are changed, and the
future Earth of Daniels ceases to exist. It returns into being when the
Temporal Cold War is ended.

Alternate timeline:
The time from
which Admiral Janeway left to go back and change history with
the aim of returning Voyager to Earth earlier. This timeline was undone by
events changed in 2377. 
2554
Alternate timeline: The
Battle of Krotion Five, where the United Federation of Planets makes a stand
against the trans-dimensional Sphere Builders who are attempting to convert a
huge area of the Milky Way into an area that they can inhabit. One
of the ships participating in the battle is the U.S.S. Enterprise-J. The
Enterprise J has Xindi serving on it, as the Xindi have joined the Federation by
this point in time. It is a huge battle, and a turning point in
history. The Federation wins, and the threat is eliminated, but had the
Federation not succeeded, the entirety of the Federation would have been wiped
out by the advancing Sphere-configured space. 
2600s Sometime in
the 27th century, scientist Kal Dano invents the Tox Uthat, a
quantum phase inhibitor with enormous weapons potential. Boratus and Ajur,
two Vorgons (pictured) attempt to steal the Tox Uthat, but are
thwarted. To keep the Uthat from falling into their hands, Dano travels
back in time to the 22nd century to hide the device on Risa. ("Captain's
Holiday" (TNG))
2800s
In the 29th
century, Captain Braxton becomes Captain of the Federation
timeship Aeon. 
In a different timeline, Braxton commanded the
29th century timeship Relativity in an effort to prevent a saboteur from destroying Voyager with a weapon designed to fracture space-time.
Also,
in the 31st Century, the man who would become known as
"Daniels" grows up in Illinois, on Earth. He is a citizen in
what has practically become a utopian society. ("Cold
Front," "Shockwave - Part II") 
In attempting to prevent Archer from being held captive by the
Suliban in 2152, Daniels is ordered by his superiors to brings Archer to the 31st century to protect him.
